GATE PE (Petroleum Engineering) 2020 Exam Analysis
The overall difficulty level of the PE question paper was easy to moderate, and there were not many difficult questions. There were most questions from the subject and conceptual-based. Students are easily able to answer 60 questions. The question paper was lengthy and consumed more time to answer. This year there were more numerical questions than every year. This made paper a bit lengthy.

The overall difficulty level of the GATE PE exam that took place in 2019 was difficult to moderate.
GATE PE (Petroleum Engineering) 2018 exam analysis
It was comparatively much difficult ones because questions asked were not that straight forward. Difficulty level was one level up. As petroleum gate exam began in 2016, so papers of initial 2 years i.e 2016 & 2017 were very easy but 2018 paper was not as same as previous ones. It was quite difficult.
